Question / Help Audio Ticks

I've got a problem where the audio of my recordings have this 'tick' noise that occurs regularly throughout the video. Logs attached, below is a link to a short recording demonstrating the problem. I do not hear the ticks through my headphones while recording, only when playing back the video.

Turns out it must have been a problem with the audio drivers or sound chip for my motherboard. I have an ASUS Hero VI motherboard with the 'supreme fx' audio chip.

I popped in an old sound card I had laying around as a test, and the problem disappeared.
