Question / Help Audio sync issues

Hi everyone,

Just started uploading to YouTube and I am having some issues with audio sync.

When I play the file directly save by OBS in VLC for example there is no issues but when I load that file in Adobe Premier or Vegas Pro there is a delay to the audio that's recorded.

Is there anything I am doing wrong (I am suspecting myself as I've watched a few how to setup OBS vid on YouTube and I've probably stuffed something up along the way)

your video doesnt work..

is the your webcam and voice over not in sync?

The only issue I have is that when the file that OBS has saved opens in an editor the audio is out of sync. Must be about 1 to 2 seconds. I've seen some threads saying to change a setting but I can't find it in OBS Studio.
