Question / Help Audio Sync Issues (very specific)

Hello rarely post on boards for help normally search google, I've been having a very specific kind of audio / video sync issue for the last 6 months I can't seem to get anywhere with it.

So I can successfully sync my audio with video fine and it won't drift out, that's not my issue. When I record / stream at a certain specific point in the recording some kind of audio issue happens, essentially there is a missing chunk of audio and it simply skips ahead like there is a missing part of the audio in the recording. This puts my sync out because video carries on recording as it was but now the missing section of audio / audio jump has moved the audio sync back and out of sync. It's only a tiny bit of audio that gets lost maybe half a second.

If I play back slowly in Premiere I can see exactly the moment the audio is missing in the recording. My current work around has been to cut and move the audio back in sync for videos in editing. During stream it's a nightmare I have to constantly check I'm in sync and essentially manually adjust whenever it happens.

I've tried all the basic things you can search for but I can't really even search for this problem because anything desync related doesn't seem to be this specific issue which makes it tricky to search for.

A recent log file is attached, if I can solve this I will be over the moon. I'm at the stage where I'm considering buying another PC just to fix this issue.
