Question / Help Audio Sync Issues between live and local recordings

Hi everyone,

I've been streaming for on Twitch about 3 weeks now without any bigger problems, using OBS MP. Yesterday and today I encountered a weird behavior.

Yesterday: I started streaming and the chat warned me that my audio/video was not in sync (audio 1 sec early). I'm using a mixer for my audio sources, so I only use a single audio input in OBS which is my Behringer Q1002 USB. Usually I have set the audio delay in the OBS mixer to 100ms and everything was great so far.
So everything was off (webcam, game, music). I restarted the stream and it worked again. After an hour my stream dropped out for some reason (didn't drop any frames) and it reconnected. After that the audio was not in sync again! I checked my local recording after the stream which uses the live encoder and everything was great the entire time.

Before restarting the stream:
http://www.twitch.tv/fakesmilerevolution/v/30791811 (not OK)

After restart:
http://www.twitch.tv/fakesmilerevolution/v/30792707 (OK)

After Twitch dropout:
http://www.twitch.tv/fakesmilerevolution/v/30812367 (not OK)

Today: I streamed again and I asked the chat if everything is ok today and they said it was. I checked the past broadcast on Twitch and it was great. But this time my local recording was way off.... I don't get it. I didn't drop any frames (0%), everything went perfect.

I don't really know what to do now. I tried a local recording without going live after the stream and that recording war ok. How can there be audio/video sync differences on the live/local stream when both use the same encoder?

I upgraded to Version 0.12.3 before the stream yesterday. Don't want to say that this is the problem, just as additional information.

Any help is appreciated!

Cheers Franiac
