audio sync issue keeps increasing

Hi Sneaker, thanks for the suggestion. I'll try using the mic from the camera to see if that make a difference or not.

Where do I change the mic sample rate to 48khz? Is this within OBS or outside of OBS?

I don't have experience of the Shure Mic you are using but I'd start by checking the settings in the Audio Midi Setup app found in your Utilities folder inside the Applications folder (https://support.apple.com/en-ie/guide/audio-midi-setup/ams59f301fda/mac). 48Khz isn't important, just that the setting matches your record setting in OBS ... currently there appears to be a mismatch between the audio device and the audio format in the output of OBS.
