Audio suddenly not playing for me within OBS

This happens periodically where the audio for certain sources that would normally play for me within OBS suddenly just stops playing. I mean, I can tell that it IS playing for others based on the meters, but I don't hear a thing, despite the fact that MONITOR AND OUTPUT remains selected for these sources. In the past when this happens, I usually just switch MONITOR AND OUTPUT to off and then flip it back and it works, but that's not working this time either.

Help! Log attached, if needed.

You're using SE.live plugin. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by this plugin. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.

Thanks. Does the log indicate an SE.live issue? Just looking to confirm before I make any changes, I rely on the plugin for my activity log during livestreams. It's never been an issue before, just curious what this would have to do with the in-program audio?

SE.Live is a different distribution made by Streamelements. They should give support for their distribution. You don't need the plugin for the activity log, simple add a custom dock manually and that's all.
Here you can ask about OBS Studio support.

Thanks, this wasn't an SE.Live issue though, it was an OBS Studio issue. I was able to fiddle around and figure it out on my own. Under Settings, there were three options under Monitoring, two of which were Headphones, though one was greyed out. I switched to Default, clicked OK, went back and there was just the one option for headphones, which I switched it back to and suddenly, the audio is playing for me again.

The only negative now is that to get the audio to play, I have to go through EVERY relevant source in each scene, switch the Monitor and Output for it to OFF, then switch it back on and it plays fine. But at least the issue has been resolved, for now.
