I was recording a video yesterday when suddenly all audio just dropped, not just on OBS but on the whole laptop, including playback of other media. The recording was still running but had to restart the whole computer but by then I'd missed a large part of the video and it was useless.
The video was being recorded through an external sound system and camera but all those were functioning properly and all cables were still plugged in.
Any ideas what might have caused this?
