Audio Stutters on OBS During Twitch Stream

I am currently running a dual PC set-up. I have never had any issues with this before.

When I am running and streaming a game on Twitch, the audio will start to stutter and become choppy on my end. The audio does not stutter for my viewers and they do not have any issues. This is a new problem that I originally did not have before. It'll happen when I run certain games, like Cyberpunk, BG3, etc.

Any insight on what could be causing this issue would be helpful, whether this is OBS or something else.

I currently have OBS 30.1.1.

The games run perfectly when I am not streaming. These are some specs:

My cpu: i9-13900
My gpu: RTX 4090

The audio in your end is managed by windows and the motherboard. You need to look into that. If the audio on the stream is correct, then the audio OBS process it's correct.
Intel's 13 and 14 series have unfixable issues that may or may not affect you at some point.
