Question / Help Audio Stutters in recording and streaming

Hey,
I started using OBS. Video recording and streaming works perfectly fine, but my audio stutters.
Every two second it stops for really short moment and then continues. Very disgusting...
I tried to record from different audio setups.
At first i tried my main setup with real 7.1 surround sound (8 channels) and i get stutters.
If i use the same soundcard as for my 7.1 setup but with stereo i have no stutters.
Both named things above apply to my onboard soundcard.
Now i ran out of ideas.
I am using a Razer Tiamat 7.1 with a ASUS Phoebus soundcard.
All other important things are listed in the logfile.

Do you use a capture card? I do, the Black Magic intensity 4k pro.,i have the same problem since yesterday. Right now I have tried almost everything. One impressions is that he Windows update performed on the 13 of March has something to do with it.

No i do not use any capture card. And i am using Windows 8.1. I don't know if there was a update on the 13th of march.
