I put a music in a web page and use the browser as the source. However, the audio stutters in it. I made a progress indicator in it so I can see the progress is a little slower than real speed. It occurs more obviously when the CPU usage is high (engough for OBS).
It won't appear if I use media source in OBS. It only appears in browser source.
The machine I'm using is a low-price cloud server. It won't appear when I use my desktop PC.
