Question / Help Audio Stuttering

I have been having issues with Audio stuttering on my streams. I have tried uninstalling my capture card and drivers and reinstalling them, I have changed audio cords, as well as changed splitters. Today I decided to listen to the audio being captured by my capture card through OBS. The entire stream it sounded fine in my headset (what OBS was getting from my card). However, about 90 min in the stuttering began on my stream but never on what OBS was feeding to my headset. If I go into OBS and deactivate and then reactivate my video capture device it fixes audio. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? It is really hard to constantly deactivate and reactivate the card while speedrunning.

Any help appreciated.

Found this in my log on OBS. Is this what is causing my stuttering? If so any thoughts on a fix?
