Hi! I can post my log and system specs tomorrow as I'm currently on the road, but I'm linking my most recent stream so you can hear the issue I'm having.

Around every five minutes or so, my audio "stutters", like when a video lags. However there is no video lag during the event. This only happens on the output, not my monitoring audio. If the file is recorded, or streamed, the "stutter" is present. It is not present on my headphones that I use to monitor the output.
This is a reoccurring issue.
Troubleshoots I have tried-
1 - Closing and reopening OBS
2 - Changing the audio bitrate
3 - Making sure ALL my audio sample rates are the same (even on sources that aren't connected to OBS)
4 - Disabling audio inputs I'm not using
5 - Updating/rolling back my audio driver
