So when I'm streaming or recording with OBS, randomly in games the sound stops for about 2-5 seconds and then kicks back on. When it stops, it stops all sound and mics stop working. You can kind of get an idea of what I'm talking about on this video at 3:58(https://www.twitch.tv/videos/138650269).
