Bug Report Audio Stutter when attempting to stream Overwatch

HI!

I've been frustrated with Overwatch streaming.

There's an audio stutter that only happens when I am recording a video with OBS, and even then, only HALF of the time.

I have gone through numerous fact finding attempts, trials,a nd testing while talking to Blizz support, and AFTER Blizz asked me to make a recording, they told me to go away and didn't respond to my followup (which they requested).

At ONE point Blizz said there could be a potential driver conflict, which may result when OBS is trying to stream/record. HOWEVER, they didn't specify which driver, and when I searched for the conflict - I couldn't find it (doesn't mean it doesn't exist, I may suck at finding conflicts).

Here's everything I found out:

1. The Audio Stutter is not directly related to CPU usage. I actually attempted to recreate the audio stutter by pushing my CPU as high as it could go with other programs. Nope! Stutter only happens during a stream/record attempt.

2. The Audio Stutter Does NOT happen with OBS Classic Settings. In fact, if I download and install OBS Classic, OBS studio will stream Overwatch without the audio stutter. HOWEVER, the graphics go to shit. Everything pixelates, and it's unviewable, but the sound works!

3. The Audio Stutter doesn't happen if I'm playing OBS without recording the video. So this is related, somehow, to OBS' video encoding/transmission process.

4. I've used other streaming services to stream Overwatch, and I cannot replicate the stutter with them, so this is exclusively an issue between how OBS records/streams and Overwatch.

5. When I hotkey OBS to record and stop recording, the Audio Stutter pops on and off depending on whether I am streaming/recording.

6. Whether or not OBS is maximized or minimized makes no difference.

7. I have an Overwatch Video located here. It has a ton of technical information about CPU usage, as requested by Blizz, but then Blizz told me to go piss off. As I said above, I've pushed the CPU to max, with other programs, and could not replicate the stutter. So I don't think it's DIRECTLY related to CPU/Resource usage, but maybe you can still find useful information from this. I've pretty much nailed down that it isn't the resource management. There has to be something else at play, especially since I CAN stream it with other programs like Blizzard's streaming service without the Audio issues.

I am including the OBS log with this, so you can compare the log with the video.

8. The Stutter only happens IN the actual competitive arena, OR when I am viewing replays. There is no stutter anywhere else during the game when OBS is recording.

I think this may be an obs issue, but if there is a solution I can enact, I would GREATLY appreciate an email from the administrators and or anyone else.

I think the log file is uploaded, the website seems to be stalling a bit when I try to upload. Let me know if the log file didn't upload.
