so on obs i record my audio and it comes out that every time i talk lets say a sentence"the quick brown fox jumped" it would cut out like this "te brown fox ick jump" and here is my log

That's not a log, that's a cherry-picked part of a log. Please post a log.

Also if you have a noise gate filter on your mic, adjust it so it doesn't cut your syllables off.
