Audio Stutter in OBS while using Vtuber Software

I am a vtuber, but I am just now starting to use Live 2D models with camera tracking. I am having issues with audio stuttering in OBS. I am using Nizima Live 2D software (which is similar to Vtube Studio) for my Vtuber model and tracking, and I am using OBS for streaming. When I use Nizima Live and OBS together, OBS audio lags and stutters. Basically, if I open Nizima Live while OBS is open, that is when the audio issue occurs. I use a lot of audio plugins and vsts in my streams, but because of the Vtuber software, I am unable to use effects like reverb or delay plugins at all. I have tried lowering the resolution in NIzima Live and OBS, but it does not fix the problem. My PC is a gaming PC and is capable of running the software, but I am not sure why the audio lags in OBS. I understand that the 2D model software can be CPU intensive, but the usage is very low. I have pretty much tried everything I could think of to the point of exhaustion. Note, if I use the png model of my character, all is fine (even if I add a bit of animation myself like moving back and forth subtly.
Maybe I am missing something. Would you happen to have any ideas of what could be causing this?

In OBS, I have the audio set to 48 kHz, audio for windows is the same.
