Bug Report Audio stutter gone with 0.13.2, now totally async

Hey there.

With the latest update the audio stuttering is gone, but now i have very very asynchronous sounds. ( Getting worse the longer the stream or recording lasts ).

I've got the problem since version 11.x, when I recorded longer than 1h without break, the local file's ingame audio went out of synch. I "solved" the problem to make a manual break after 30mins of recording. With the stream the audio line is fine.
