Question / Help Audio Stream Volume Issue

Hi All,

I am currently streaming video through a Canon camera and audio is coming through a soundboard into the camera and then into my Mac. Audio sounds loud through the speakers in the auditorium but when the stream/recording is viewed over the internet, the sound is very low. Audio is maxed on the player and maxed on the PC/Mac but it is still hard to hear. I probably don't have the settings right and don't know where to fix it.
I am not an expert here by any means and need some help.

Thanks!

In OBS, how does it look in the Audio Mixer? Ideally voice should be in the high yellow/low red. Make sure your device has been properly added as a source in OBS in Settings -> Audio -> Devices, or when you add a Video Capture Device.

Thanks for the response. In the audio mixer, audio input capture is generally in the yellow/red and set to default. Mic/Aux is the same. Yellow/Red. Audio Output Capture doesn't register anything. I do have the Video Capture device set up in devices as the camera. I seem to be getting a good amount of volume into the audio mixer but when the video is viewed on the internet, the volume is very limited. Have to max the player volume and the PC volume. I also record at the same time and I have the same volume issue on the recording when viewed.
