Hi everyone, new guy here! Our church recently started using OBS after issues started popping up using an ATEM Mini Pro solely to stream with. We've been able to get most things working but are having an issue when trying to stream music and use a microphone for a singer at the same time.
Here is our current setup:
Windows computer which streams the music file to an Allen & Heath QU16 mixer which then goes to the Atem Mini Pro which connects back to the Windows computer.
For our audio input in to OBS we are using the Atem audio option.
Streaming music only works fine for our online livestream, the same with using the wireless microphone only. However, we tried streaming a song from our computer while having one of our singers use the wireless microphone with the music and only the music came through on the livestream. The microphone and music worked fine in our sanctuary and you could hear both. The issue was just with the livestream.
Does anyone have ideas for us? I appreciate any help!
