Has anyone any experience with this device with Windows 10? I can't seem to get it to work with Audio. Video is fine. Forget about OBS for now, I just need to be able to hear the audio from my speakers, then I will focus on OBS. Using OBS, I get the same static no matter what settings I use. Please see the photo attached. I can't upload a video or audio, but imagine you are hearing LOUD static electricity.

That looks to me like a cheap capture device. Those are often (maybe even always?) deceptively marketed and effectively random as to what you actually get. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't, maybe it kinda halfway works, or whatever. Not reliable. Been there, done that, not again.
Expect to spend about $100 on a well-known name brand that actually has some accountability.
