We have a church using OBS to stream to Facebook Live and simultaneously record. They purchased a new Windows11 PC and now have digital static in the audio, intermittently. I have read much of this forum and have checked all of the obvious items, at least I believe. I am now reaching out for assistance regarding this issue.
The setup is:
(3) NDI PTZ cameras
(1) MAC Mini runniing ProPresenter - only 1 NDI stream is sent to OBS
(1) Focusrite Rednet to interface the mixer to the PC
OBS, NDI plugin, Focusrite drivers all updated
Sample rates of OBS and Focusrite at 48KHz
Confirmed audio from mixer is clean, no static or noise
Here is the latest log from Sunday:

Here is the video that matches the log:
I know OBS Analyzer mentions the Killer NIC in the PC, that just showed up Sunday after I left the site, and after turning HAGS off. So we still need to address that. I am hoping someone has heard this issue before and can point me in the right direction regarding what in the PC may be causing this.
Thank you for your help!
