This is my first post in OBS forums, as normally all the amazing info i need is already posted. Sadly I have yet to find the exact discussion pertaining to my issue, but if there is one please comment with the link.
I have an iMac 27in with an intel i5. 24 gb of ram. I run OBS Studio and recently started having a issue that has never occurred over the past 2 years of running OBS. My Audio, both SoundFlower and my Blue Yeti Microphone, start to stutter REALLY bad.

as you can see in the link above, it is pretty awful. So far, the only way i have fixed this is to stop stream, and close and reopen OBS really fast (cause I am live so dont want a large GAP in stream).
Let me know if any additional info is needed to help trouble shoot this problem. I will attach current settings
