Bug Report Audio sounds stretched

Latetly I had the following situation:
Steps to reproduce:

While OBS running...
  • Unplug Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle (BMIS) USB.
  • Plug in again BMIS.
Steps to recover:
  • OBS settings/audio: Disable Audio device.
  • OBS settings/audio: Check Audio inpout.
  • OBS: Enable Monitor & Output.
Maybe it is related to another issue regarding BMIS:
  • I have two BMIS pluged in to two usb 3 ports.
  • When plug in only one BMIS, I have no problem.
  • When plug in both BMIS and start OBS, OBS recognise only one device.
  • I have to change video inoput device settings, recheck it, change Mode... so I can see video in OBS.
Attached you can find the current log while reproducing the problem, following above mentioned steps.

Note: As an audio input I'm using a "Behringer XENYX Q802 USB" console.

I had another related incident while streaming.
About half an hour since the beginning of streaming, audio suddenly started sound like the sample attached in this topic.

I had to switch to another audio input and then back to the prefered audio input.

BTW, so far I had no responses to this topic.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, don't know!
Please guide me in such a case.
Thank you in advance.

Make sure all your audio devices in their device properties are set to the same sample rate (44.1 or 48 khz) and that OBS itself is set to that same sample rate.

You are right, I had different setting between device properties and OBS itself.
I will manage to make them mach and get back in case of any new incident.

Thank you very much for your help.
