Audio sounds echoy and picture quality not right

Hi. First of all i'm very new to editing, streaming, recording and so on. I'm using a PS5 and currently got an Elgato HD60 X connected to it to my PC. I use the chat link pro to connect my PS5 3d pulse headset to it. It works perfect but i have a few issues. I'm not planning to stream at all. Just record. It works perfectly on the 4K capture utility which you download with Elgato. Sound and picture are perfect. But OBs i've been having issues. Probably because i'm inexperienced.

The first problem is the sound is very deep and echoy. Been trying to record Dark souls and the ambient music in the game is very heavy and deep and feels off. The second problem is the picture quality isn't the best. Well not necessarily the quality, but the colours. They seem darker. Can anyone help me please.

The first image is from OBS and the second image is from the 4K capture utility. Big difference in quality. Thanks.

The picture might be a mismatch between Full and Limited color range.

Limited comes from analog TV, where nothing is ever equal, so they overdrove it slightly. So displayed-black is around 10% or so, and displayed-white is around 90%.

Full, of course, uses the entire range.

There's a setting for each capture source, that needs to match what the source actually is, and another setting for OBS's output, that needs to match what the audience expects. The default is usually fine for the output; it's the individual sources that you sometimes have to mess with.
