Audio Sometimes

Either you have drawn your behringer often from usb, or its an unstable connection.
(can see many disconnects or reconnects in the bottom half of your log)

What we can see from your log is that you tripled(!) "X_UF Wave In 07/08" as mic/aux 1, 2 and 3. Thats bad.
Get rid of mic/aux 2 and 3 in the general settings.
And do update to obs 27.0.1.

Possibly you wanted to have other channels than 7/8 connected there.
You should check this and check if the occurence/order of these devices differ during restarting obs or the whole pc.
(Sometimes windows scrambles the devices regarding their order. Sometimes this depends from the usb port where its plugged in.)

I have updated OBS now. I only have the camera and an audio input active on this scene. I had some outside assistance, and we named it X32, but when I installed the Behringer driver it gave me the 4 different input options 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, or 7/8? I have disabled every mic option on my general settings. Is that not the right move?

Yes, looks better now.
Your question-mark behind your list 1/2...7/8 let me assume, that you don't have a clue what this is for?
Your behringer mixing desk has a stereo main output (main bus), but there are more. Either sub groups or aux mixes.

So it seems that the behringer is sending four busses as stereo-pairs into the pc. Thats normal. Anyway you must sort out for you, what of these devices you want (which one delivers your content you need from the behringer).

So does it work now again?
