Hello!
Hope you all have been having a lovely week!
I seem to be running into an Audio issue with my current set up. I just got a new PC so I may not have everything set up properly yet. I'm running a Focusrite Scarlett Solo with an Audio Technica Headset (BPHS1). I use both the Mic from the headset and the sound going directly into the headset as the Source for the stream. If that makes sense. I've had this set up on my old PC and it worked just fine.
The issue here is that OBS sees the Desktop sound (from the Headset source) being picked up on the Mixer, but stream cannot hear what I hear. It's essentially muted for them. They can hear my voice fine through the mic, but they get no desktop sound.
The only temp. fix that I have found is by setting one of the Desktop Audios to 'Default' and Disabling the Desktop Audio 2. But I can only do that once I started the stream. If I don't set that when the stream goes live they do not hear anything. Also, sometimes when I have music playing and I switch from one YouTube video to another the audio will go mute as well. In that case I have to go back into the settings and Disable Desktop Audio and then flip it and set Desktop Audio 2 to the Default.
I don't know if it's because I have to set the speakers and the mic to both the Scarlett Solo USB that it can only read one source? Has anyone else had this issue? Let me know if you need more information or clarification.
Thank you so much for your time!
