Audio setup w/ Logitech headphones+mic

Hi everyone. I am setting up audio and I can't get my desktop audio to show separately. In settings I only have the choice "default" or "Microsoft Teams". When I play video on my laptop it shows up in the mic/aux section of the audio mixer. That is not going to work for my recording, because with my mic adjusted properly I can't get the desktop audio high enough. I want them as separate in the audio mixer. I think I should have more option showing up in the audio section of the settings tab but there are no other choices. Does this mean I won't be able to use this Logitech headset/mic, or is there a way around it so that my desktop audio can be controlled separately? I have included screenshots.
