Question / Help Audio rises in pitch as the recording gets longer.

I am new to this forum and dont have much time so if I break a rule let me know and I will fix. Long story short, when I record, my audio is fine at first, but as the length of the recording gets longer, the audio pitch gets higher and higher to the chipmunk pitch. Here is the log I have. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?
