Question / Help Audio randomly choppy. Restart OBS fixes...

I have an audio issue, in OBS, that randomly pops up. When it rears it's head, If I shut down, and restart OBS, it goes away 100% of the time. My Mic sounds garbled. I've had this on multiple versions of OBS, and on multiple upgrades of my Hardware. I'm out of ideas, short of replacing my MIC itself. I just ran into the problem again. I had tested.... and was OK, then, OBS updated, so, it restarted, and I forgot to re-test, so, I had the audio problem. Can here it here: https://youtu.be/xuHQ5dq-RZU. Same for me! Using blue snowball ice microphone usb with logitech c920 streaming from my laptop never got this issue with my desktop pc with the same mic I am wondering if video delay of my webcam linked with the mic at 200ms is causing the issue my hardware looks fine maybe a software issue I dont know...

Did you find the issue? I am having this exact problem now! I have the same mic and webcam as crazyfreegeek! I can't seem to figure out the problem
