Bug Report Audio quality is significantly worse on the mic/aux channel compared to the desktop audio and NDI audio channels

I seem to not be able to set the mic/aux audio channel to high quality audio bitrate. I have 320 selected in all the preferences but that only audibly seems to apply to audio coming into the desktop audio channel and NDI channel. The mic/aux channel consistently captures everything at something that sounds to me like 160 or maybe 120 bitrate. I have attached a video demonstrating exactly the problem.

It is not the audio interface, I can hear the audio coming into my focusrite is fine. It's OBS converting the audio on that channel to sub standard (for audio streaming) bit rates. I know alot of gamers/video focused streamers say 128bit compression is fine, but really, it's not if you are doing live production workshops like me not to mention live gigs.

Can anyone work out if there is a way to solve this problem?

p.s this is windows 10 obs, despite my ndi source being from a mac
