Question / Help Audio problems with LGP Lite

This is really infuriating, I have tried everything I could (unless there're more options out there). Here's the problem, audio is kinda skippy and not smooth, here's the vid (uploaded as unlist).

Everything has been working fine for me so far, until today.

Here's everything I have tried:
- Uninstall Recentral driver: including driver, steam engine.
- Download and install newest driver from their website.
- Install new firmware for the LGP lite
- Uninstall and reinstall OBS
- Try x264 encoding and H.264 encoding
- Change audio sample rate from 48 to 44.1 (and vice versa)
- Audio bit rate always set at 128kbps

The PS4 or any other components is not the problem here, as I can still use Avermedia's software.

i have same problems with the audio too.
it happens when u unplug and plug hdmi cable or when you deactivate/activate the source.
i just restart obs and i am good.
uncheck deactivate when not showing.

well i dont use hdmi to capture the audio, but i cant tell u if u can capture the audio from ps4 over line in for example. i did that with my ps3 over line in. if you would be able to get an 3.5mm audio cable into ur pc truth line in you can capture the audio over voicemeeter and route it to obs.
