Audio problems with console streaming

I'm using an Elgato HD60 S and this audio crackling problem I have has always been pretty consistent and I have no idea how to fix it. Can anyone glance at my log file and help me determine what might finally squash this issue?

not sure this addresses your problem, but 'audio crackling' caught my ear. I had the audio crackling, heard on the streamed audio to YouTube,
Eliminated problem by selecting the audio source (OBS)/ properties/bandwidth and changing from 'highest' to lowest or 'audio only'.
not sure why this works.
