Question / Help Audio problems (am i bugged?)

I dont understand what is wrong. I streamed yesterday with no problems, but not today... All of a sudden I have double audio.

But yea, I have a really bad echo. After some troubleshooting, I figured out that its like you can hear my stream, like im watching it un-muted. However, i dont event have the internet browser open at all. With only OBS active, whenever i start or stop streaming i can hear the twitch ads. And while streaming it plays the audio twice.

Again, i am NOT watching my stream, DO NOT even have a browser open. I've tried shutting down and restarting the PC, but I still have the same issue.

Please advise, thanks

yes... its like im watching my own broadcast. but i dont even have a browser open at all...

you can hear the twitch ad come on at around 4:39. and it the ad will play again when i stop the stream. im so confused. i've restarted the PC several times, so i have no active internet browsers open

Just did another full shutdown and still having the same issue... I dont understand how it can be playing audio from my twtich if i dont even have a browser open at all... Either way, thank you for taking the time to try and help me @Osiris
