Audio Problem

reaching out for help for a friend. Her obs will not pick up her desktop audio. She has uninstalled and reinstalled, twice, both times clearing her cache. OBS says it is picking up from the right source. OBS is not muted. This is the log from just following those directions

In the audio properties select the correct device. Normally is the speakers and is used on Desktop 1.
