Question / Help Audio problem with OBS Studio.

hi guys! Has anyone had this problem and find out the solution? I start OBS all working well record something just to check that everything sounds right and this sounds ok until some minutes later when the sound get cranked and distorted. I told was my external soundcard M-Audio 2X2 or the settings but I realize that it was OBS because when I restarted than the sound was back as it should be but after 20-30 minutes ....same shit happens and then I restarted OBS and the sound was god again...My PC is a windows 10 and when I recorded the CPU is around 40/50 % ....does anyone knows what cause this problem? :(
