When opening OBS, the sound is perfect. When I open YouTube on windows 11, the sound begins to pop and crackle. When I close OBS, the popping and crackling sound goes away. I will attach the log file.

As for the actual problem, WHAT sound pops and crackles? From where? Your description sounds to me like something unrelated is playing, that OBS doesn't affect and a YT tab does.
