Audio pop specifically when obs is open

I get audio popping in and out like in the video, specifically only when OBS is open on my laptop. The moment I close OBS, all these issues go away. I've tried running some intensive games which nearly max out my laptop with OBS closed, no issues. I open OBS in the same scenario and the issues return. The audio pop occurs regardless if the system is under high load or not.

Things I've tried:
- Disabling HAGS (yes, I restarted before testing again, log file has it enabled but it made no difference for this issue)
- Tweaking capture settings
- Re-installing OBS
- Updating graphics drivers

It is the elgato virtual camera, delete all sources for that and the pop should go away.

it worked, thank you so much!

interestingly, i found the issue in particular was having that as a source without elgato camera hub running in the background. it seems the issue started when i disabled elgato camera hub on pc startup. thank you so much!!!
