Question / Help Audio playing through mic and desktop audio windows 10 obs studio

Alright so I am going to stream by the time this is posting, but never the less I am at an end of my audio problem. So I realized today that my audio is playing on both my mic and desktop audio. When i speak into the mic, I sound fine, but when I have anything else with sound on, it overlaps.

hmm I see the two speakers on for some odd reason.....so yea not too sure how to fix this issue. For reference here is my specs:

Intel i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60Hz
24 gigs of ram
64 bit Operating System
Windows 10

Audio I am using is Realtek Audio (yes I did update to latest version). I currently use for my settings on obs studio for my audio is setting the audio mic to Realtek High Definition Audio, and Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio).

I know windows 10 moved some stuff around, and I am slowly realizing this, but if anyone can help me fix this issue it be great. I be streaming tonight on twitch.tv/clawmaster4 playing Inside. I post a link to an example of the issue.

following up on this. I finished my stream a min ago, and the audio is actually fine when it comes to the mic, and game audio. But when I play a desktop audio or anything outside of the game, it has that weird echo effect. So yea its something to do with my audio settings

Okay so at this point, I make this as a thread for myself since no one either knows how to fix it, or care to help me. I see you people. Anyways so I am making this The Official Thread For Clawmaster tech issues with obs. Here is my 1st entry!

Entry one:
so far it seems the audio issues in obs 10 was cut down to the desktop audio. I tried recording audio off my desktop to see where the audio echoing is coming from. Its not the mic, but the desktop audio. So something in my settings that needs to be fixed or altered. Given I never had this problem since I upgraded to windows 10 to windows 7. I toyed around with the audio advanced options and the different tracks. What I was able to find out was that different tracks selected will be enabled to be used for an audio source and or record. ala if mic was on track 2, and desktop is audio 1 then it will only record Audio track 1 and not 2. So both track 1s need to be checked to get audio for both mic and desktop audio. The other thing to note is that this is not the case for games. Games audio is fine with the mic audio. There is no echo, and sounds fine in my streams. When it comes to any audio outside of OBS Studio, it will echo. I wonder if this is a bug, that they are trying to fix.

The audio I am using is RealTek. I did enabled my stereo mixer which I found out today, that Windows 10 does disable as a default every time the OS is booted. I did hear from a streamer I do watch on twitch, upgraded to windows 10 today, and had to reinstall everything because of it. I wonder since I installed windows 10 on my hard drive the same as windows 7, might of cause some sort of weird audio files error or something. The thing I wonder or where it is, is that 2 speakers are being detected on my obs system when I saw the log. I am deleting the game that was making an audio profile now. Going to see if that did anything.

Entry Three:

Seems like I might of fixed it. What was the problem was there was no balance, and the only thing turned up to max was Realtek HD Audio output. I tried a few test recordings with different audios levels, and it seems like I fixed for the most part. I keep thread open in case I run into another problem with OBS studio, and pretty much a thing for to keep notes on. Over and out!

P.S.
Audio set up now in speakers preferences.
