Question / Help Audio output on HDMI

Hi, I use OBs for the graphics part but for the real streaming I use an extenal encoder device. I send the audio and the video to this external device using hdmi output (this external device is seen like a second monitor).
Everything works well but I do not have control on the audio that I send to the external encoder.
In my windows I set a defoult audio player the Nvidia graphics card and in nvidea settings I setup the HDMI output as audio card.
How can I monitor the hdmi audio? any suggestion?
I already tried with an HDMI splitter but the external encoder do not accept the signal from an HDMI splitter unfortunately.

If you want to output the audio of any source to the hdmi output, go into settings -> advanced and set the "audio monitoring device" to the nvidia graphics card. Then open the Advanced Audio Properties and set the "Audio Monitoring" to "Monitor only" or "Monitor and Output".

I understand but what I want is to output it to both HDMI cable (nvidea audio device) and my audio card.
is it possible?
