Audio output less then what is bouncing from OBS

I did a live stream that was bouncing inside of OBS in the yellow however when I viewed the livestream at home it was much quieter. I had to put the computer at full volume and it was still not as loud as it should be. I was outputting from the internal camera using customized audio under video capture device.

Here is the live feed here. Should the audio produce a louder output?

Are you running a live mic straight through with no processing except gain? If so, there's your problem.

Live audio needs enough headroom that a rogue peak doesn't clip. Broadcast audio needs to have everything tamed and then turned up all the way to full-scale. No headroom at all. Use a compressor to do that translation.
