Bug Report Audio Out of Sync while recording after resuming from Hibernation

After a long while of no reboot, OBS Studio goes out of sync with recorded mp4. I have to reboot to correct this. This has been a bug since 0.12.x

I was recording a Skype video session using Windows Capture when this happened.
