Audio options in "Media Source"

Right now I can not specify what output this plug-in uses to playback audio. I have a specific channel on my mixer I use for multimedia playback and right now can not customize it with the built in plug-in. Just throwing that out there. I know it's an early build and I want to dive into it. However until that is added I can't use it :(

I attached a screenshot of what I'm referring to on the old 3rd party video plug-in.

Thanks for the hard work. So far everything looks great.

Well considering the multiplatform version of OBS is still practically in alpha build stages. I am positive plugins are currently not supported until it reaches at least beta stage. Which based on my perception of the speed of the development process wont be for a month or two. So your just going to have to wait like us all. If you want to use plugins your only option is to use the current non-multiplatform builds.

The browser plugin is already available and NikonPunch probably tried to use the Media Source (has been added in the last update). But apart of that you are right Silentghost, the development is still early and the Media Source is very new. Capture Cards will also need a way to output sound to desktop (or maybe a specific device), so I expect this to come sooner or later.

We'll be adding audio output to desktop in future versions; not yet implemented though. I realize that it's important to have so it will be added.

As long as it's on the to-do list I'm happy. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't overlooked. I only found this to be an issue because the new plug-in defaulted to a sound device other than my audio interface (not sure why though). Because of this I was unable to get it to my mixer and OBS but I found a work around.
