It won't. It'll just have less of a "warble" that you might have heard from a terrible MP3. If you don't hear *that*, specifically, with 160k, then 320k will be indistinguishable...and still have the same problem.
Tech problems are not tech problems are not tech problems. Details matter A LOT!

A common source of people often call an echo, is when you send OBS's Audio Monitor to the same device that you also have a Desktop or Output Capture on. You monitor the original source, which goes to that device, and then the Desktop/Output capture picks up whatever that device is doing, which includes OBS's Monitor! With a slight delay as it takes another trip through the operating system's audio driver.
