There is an option of offset the audio in multiplatform (I use the 64-bit version). It doesn't matter what number I put in the sync offset field or what device I do it too, the audio does not offset at all. I have even gone as far as entering a negative value into the sync offset field, no luck.
Most of the obs users moved to multiplaform because the native capture card drivers were installed in OBS. Without the sync offset feature, it kind of makes that useless to most.
