Question / Help Audio not working

It seems to have a liking to randomly decide when it wants to work and when not, tried updating audio drivers but they're already all up to date. any ideas to fix it?

Whatever it is, it's the soundcard.

Audio works on OBS but video doesn't work on OBS, OBS studio works with video but not audio. I'm not sure why one doesn't work on the other yet it should

Are you checking your recordings with VLC?

A GOOD media player. The ones that come with windows are terrible.
