I tried everything I could think of, and every guide I can find. Im using a MacOS Catalina and everything seems fine, but I just cant hear myself. I checked settings/audio and saw that I had my correct Mic and everything. My settings seem to be fine I just can't pick up any sounds. Any solutions?

Even if everything is working, you won't hear yourself unless your source is set to monitor in the mixer (Edit > Advanced Audio Properties) and you have a monitor device set in Settings > Audio.
