Question / Help Audio not synced with video

Only been using it for a few months, just started noticing a lag about a month ago, now it's a 2 second lag constantly. No matter what settings I change.

I even tried uninstalling OBS and reinstalled the current one (from today).

I've spent the past two days on YouTube and diving through this forum to find the solution. Tried all possible settings that seem logical. Hate to give up on this software so soon.

Just making game videos.

I think I have issue solved. It was GeForce Experience. I believe it was interfering with OBS. I started getting the screen button overlays on the game I play, and couldn't figure out how to turn it off. I think it messed with setting in OBS, and took priority over the game audio. I'm no expert, just my empty pizza box idea drawn out in crayon. This had me down almost the whole weekend trying to figure this out. I installed GeForce Experience a few weeks then started noticing lag when going to edit, then I had 6 hours of game play all with a 2 second lag that I had to correct.

The great thing is now I know to fully utilize the entire program. I many more of the advanced features and what they do.
