After 3 days of trying everything, the only thing that work for me was Loopback, but I didn't want to spend so much money on something I'm not going to use a lot...so I try another suggestion that I read here somewhere (can't find it again) ...a program called Ladiocast, it's from free and can even be downloaded from App store.
I the connected my Inteface as imput and output to Ishow, (I imagine would work as well to backhole,...) then in Obs I selected the setting of Ishow in mic and output source
