Audio Not Outputting After 32.0.0 Update

As the title says, I am not hearing any audio output from OBS, but I see the green bars light up whenever an audio source is picked up via Desktop Audio. The only sound that I'm able to hear is from my microphone currently as this was not an issue until I updated to OBS 32.0.0. I streamed to Twitch and YouTube this past Tuesday and I only found out about this once one of my viewers wrote in the chat about it. I then tested this myself by watching my own stream using my phone and noticed that hardly any sound was being output from my game. I see that other people have also published complaints regarding this particular issue as well, so I know that this is a known issue and that I'm alone on this.

I have Track 1 as my audio track and made sure that my active audio sources are also tied to Track 1 to match my current Output settings. I also have Monitor and Output selected for my Desktop Audio and have gone back and forth between selecting Monitor Off and Monitor and Output to see if it would fix anything. Unfortunately, these troubleshooting attempts have been unsuccessful for me.

I'll also be attaching my log file in case this will be helpful to anyone looking into this:

I came here due same problem.I have exact same problem, but still no solution, tried to reinstal, drivers, OBS, all kind of solution but still nothing.Only problem is OBS not pushing game audio output to stream, and the green bar is going up like everything is ok.Everything else is working as it should..0 issues before 32.0.0 update -.- Uploaded log, maybe there is something similar to those 2 logs.

Just found solution buddy. They had update in 32.0.0 -
  1. Prevent audio duplication when sources are set to "Monitor and Output" while the monitoring device is also being captured - Just go to desktop audio channel in OBS > 3 dots > advanced audio properties > put to Monitor OFF.
