Audio not hearing after recording.can only hear one side audio-Help

I had a tutorial session. I made sure I select the right headphone. After the tutorial session, I listened to the recorded file and I can only hear my voice speaking but I cannot hear the other person talking. Can you please let me know is there is anything I can do as I cannot ask the other person to do the tutorial again.
